What is the difference between an ''interview invitation'' and ''interview request''?
Last Updated -
Both applicants and supervisors initially submit their interview preferences in the form of ''interview invitations''. An applicant receives an invitation from a supervisor, and a supervisor receives invitations from applicants that can be accepted or rejected. Only once an interview invitation is accepted does it become an ''interview request'' and you can proceed with scheduling the interview. Prior to being accepted, it is just an invitation for an interview.
