We have been notified by one of our customers that they are currently having issues with their email infrastructure. Due to these issues, emails may be sent with a delay, but they should arrive as soon as these issues have been resolved.

Please check your email spam/junk folder, because these emails tend to end up in those folders. At the same time, occasionally it takes a bit of time for registration emails to arrive depending on how the institution you are applying to has set up their email web server.

I haven't gotten a confirmation email after 3 tries using two different email addresses over a span of two weeks. I followed the directions to contact the university (email@example.com) and they are unable to help. Please advise on how to proceed.

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this problem and thank you for your patience.
We’re working with the school you are applying to and trying to identify the source of the issue. Once the problem is sorted out, all these emails that are now in ’’backlog’’ will probably be released to you and you will be able to register without any delays.
