With each requirement you can include your own instructions and explanations, so your applicants can understand better what you need from them. You only accept academic references? University transcripts can be uploaded as scans? You need a writing sample to be formatted in a specific way? Add your own text and inform applicants about what they need to submit to successfully apply. 

This is where you can define this: Admin> Admission Rounds> View Admission Round and then pick the requirement you want to define, by clicking on the ''+'' icon next to the requirement. 




Once you click into the specific document you want to set as a requirement, you can define the minimum number of documents the applicant needs to upload. In this example you require your applicants to upload at least one university transcript, while the maximum number of transcripts they could upload would be 2. In the ''Instructions'' box you can add your own text, format it the way you like, and add links.
